Seeking to resolve the issue or a refund .made contact with the seller over the past month and a half and as of May 2, 2025 and reached out to customer service and the matter has no be resolved.
I have been a loyal customer and would like to get the matter resolved and remain a customer. A satisfied customer or a pissed customer, its in your hands.
My own account redirecting to Fiverr pro so I need my normal account back not Fiverr pro, i don't want
2 big issues with Fiverr services. The first freelancer I used was a waste of money.
Not sure if he even did what he said he would as I got zero resonse for the campaign. 2nd freelancer I paìd more around £50 and that person has now left. I have also received no feedback or response on the campaign.
I let customer services know that the freelancer left in the beginning of my campaign but no response from them either. Total waste of time and money.
